When submitting use claim type 11 PDL A99/82. Use LOANER instead of RENTAL, up to $90.00 from EFC05286. Also use VEHPIC $30.00
VEHDEL $25.00 or PIDEL $55.00.
IMPORTANT
What we have found is that OWS does not pay for the LOANER (glitch in the system) we have found the only way to get a loaner to pay is to appeal it to the line that VEHDEL, VEHPIC or PICDEL payed. Add it to that line and check the box for manual pay and leave a description explaining that none of the loaners are getting paid under this program and this is the only way to get it done.
2016 Pickup & Delivery Contract:
Use P30 sub code claim type 13 A99/82 DELIVERY (causal part) and PICDEL for everything.
