Repair orders dated on or after 8-16-2016 will be required to follow the new time amounts and require a RVC code.
Notice: There is no longer a cleaning procedure or replacement after attempting to clean the clutch assembly. Note this applies to 14M01 and TSB 16-0109. When replacing the clutch, the technician will now be required to provide a RVC code in order to get the claim paid by the OWS payment system.
I was just advised that if you complete 15B22 the customer will get a survey and most likely it be negative response so maybe do the reprograming within the TSB or M program instead. Use your judgement on these repairs.
